I’m Katerina Fateev, a Minnesota real estate agent with The Antonov Group at eXp Realty. I have more than four years of real estate experience, with my greatest transaction experience in Otsego.
I help first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and people looking to downsize into one-level living. I work with single-family homes and townhomes, including new construction.
From nursing to real estate.
Before real estate, I worked in pediatric nursing. Paying attention, staying available, and helping people understand the next step were important parts of that work. Those values still shape how I work with clients today.
