I work in Otsego and communities within about a 30-minute drive, including St. Michael, Rogers, Maple Grove, Dayton, Plymouth, and other nearby cities. Tell me where you’re considering a move, and we’ll talk through your options.
Do you help with new construction?
Yes. I have experience working with Lennar, D.R. Horton, David Weekley, Capstone, Pulte, and JP Brooks. We can compare the home, the lot, what’s included, and the timeline.
Can you help me buy and sell at the same time?
Yes. We can plan both transactions together and discuss the timing of your sale, the next purchase, and the questions to review with your lender.
What should I look for in a one-level home?
Start with the actual layout: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry on the same level. Check entry steps, storage, upkeep, and any HOA responsibilities as well.
Can we communicate in Russian?
Absolutely. I speak English and Russian. Choose the language that feels most comfortable for you.
