The center of my practice.
Otsego is where I have completed the most transactions. I help buyers and sellers here with an emphasis on first homes, moving up, and finding a home that supports one-level living.
My experience with Prairie Crossing, Castella Meadows, and Anna’s Acres gives us specific places to start a new construction conversation.
Three communities I know.
Prairie Crossing
The Estates Collection is described by the builder as a community with no HOA fees. Compare the specific floor plan, lot, included features, and the maintenance you will manage yourself.

The builder offers single-family homes in this Otsego community. Compare current available homes with build options, and look carefully at inclusions, timing, and the terms of any incentives.

Capstone describes single-family homes among ponds and former farmland, with access to Highways 101 and 169 and I-94. Look closely at the individual homesite, layout, and construction timeline.
Builder’s community page ↗School boundaries are address-specific.
Otsego spans Elk River Area ISD 728, Monticello ISD 882, and St. Michael-Albertville ISD 885. A city name or ZIP code alone does not establish which school a home is assigned to.
Use official district resources to confirm the specific property address and school year. Attendance boundaries and enrollment options can change.
Otsego’s official school resources ↗Compare everyday details.
- Check the routes you would actually use, including I-94, Highway 101, or Highway 169 as relevant to the property.
- Visit at the times you would normally travel rather than relying on a single commute estimate.
- Look at trail access, outdoor space, and the upkeep a particular home requires.
- For new construction, ask about surrounding phases and nearby planned work.
